Refund policy

All Sales Are Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations Accepted. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once they are placed.

If an exception is explicitly approved by management, a 10% non‑refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects non‑recoverable payment‑processor charges that are not reimbursed to Pura Peptides.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
